The old flyover from the SE Freeway to the outbound 11th Street Bridge is on its last legs, literally. And a lot of dirt has come to 11th Street as part of the work on the new Southeast Blvd. More information here.

What 11th Street at the freeway now looks like. At the far far right is the same embankment as in the previous photo, which now only rises a small amount above ground level because the sunken freeway has been filled with dirt. There is no more "bridge" on this side of 11th Street, because the new Southeast Blvd. will arrive to a signalized intersection at this location, having only dropped a few feet from the freeway's height to the west. (It's really hard to explain, so just go here and look at the graphics.) At center/right is the construction of what will be the new flyover ramp to the outbound 11th Street freeway bridge. And at far left is the renmantz of the old outbound flyover.
