A 2018 updated rencering of 250 M Street, as seen from 2nd and M, with the completed Harlow residential building at left rear, and 300 M to the right.
The left/west side of the building faces Canal Park
The northeast corner of 2nd and M in August 2003, the same angle as seen in the rendering above. The boarded-up gas station was torn down one month later. The red brick building at left is an Arthur Capper apartment
block, which was demolished in early 2005. (08/03)
The same location, with the billboard announcing the project, in May 2007. 300 M Street is at rear right. And that's pretty much how the southern part of Square 769 still looks, eleven-plus years later.
The northwest corner of 3rd and M, in September 2000. The building under construction is 80 M Street.
