In early summer 2016 fences went up around Parcel O and some initial site clearing work began, and a year later a crane was finally installed and vertical construction was hesitantly getting underway.
Oct. 16, 2010 - From early 2010 to late 2015, Parcel O was home to the operations of the DC outlet of Trapeze School New York. (It has since moved to New Jersey and Tingey.)
Feb. 26, 2017 - Official confirmation that the PN Hoffman portion of the project is called "The Bower," and sales should be underway in 2017.
Sep 24, 2007 - The southeast corner of 4th and Tingey, back before any development was underway at the Yards. This is the same corner as in the above left rendering.
May, 2004 - The corner of 5th Street and Tingey Avenue did actually exist back before the Yards started being redeveloped, as seen here.
