Early 2015 renderings of the two residential buildings planned for "Parcel O" at the Yards. At left is the view looking southeast at 4th and Tingey, showing both the 138-unit condo building known as the Bower being developed by PN Hoffman (fronting Tingey) and the 190-unit rental building by Forest City. At right is a view looking westward from what will be a new 5th Street, with a new block of Water Street running at the south end of the block. (From the 35% Design Review submission to the National Capital Planning Commission.)

A 2015 rendering showing what the same location is expected to look like after development. The condo building is to the right, facing Tingey, with the residential building at rear.
A 2015 rendering showing what the same location is expected to look like after development, with the rental building running north along 4th Street and with the condo building at the north end of the block. Not seen at far right will be the new extension of Water Street eastward to the rebuilt 5th Street.
