For a long time, the Star Market was the only building on the entire lot, and held its ground for months after construction began. (02/04)
In November 2004 the market gave up, and went up for sale; before long, it was surrounded. It changed hands a few times before being demolished in 2010 and rebuilt to house Lot 38 Espresso. (09/12)
