20 M was completed in spring 2007. (3/31/07)
The northwest corner of Half and M Streets as it looked in late 2004. (12/2/2004)

Jan. 31, 2015 - A clearer view of the Big Stick, without all those hockey fans.
Jan. 31, 2015 - Art work making use of some (formerly) big sticks.

  Jan. 31, 2015 - .... And the east end.
The US Capitol dome is plainly visible when looking at the Half and M intersection from the south (it's bigger in real life than in this photo); the 20 M lot is to the left. Tenants in the upper north-facing floors of 20 M should have a great view of the city's monument core. (05/03)
July 12, 2015 - The same angle, long after 20 M's completion, and with a whole lot of new neighbors. Click to see all available photos of this location.
Looking at the north side of M Street, from east of South Capitol Street, in January, 2003. 20 M's lot is at the far left. 80 M, 1100 New Jersey (under construction in this photo), and 300 M are the other office buildings in this photo. (01/03)
January 31, 2015 - An expanded view of the same spot, long after 20 M's completion. Click to see all available photos of this location.
Looking south down Half Street, from L Street, toward the northeast corner of the 20 M lot, before construction began. (06/05)
July 12, 2015 - The same view, long after 20 M's completion and with Nats Park now visible down at the end of Half Street). This corner could become condos.  Click to see all available photos of this location.
Signs posted in windows on M Street announce the arrival of Wachovia Bank (far left) and FedEx/Kinko's (far right). The Wachovia then became a Wells Fargo, and FedEx/Kinko's never arrived. (3/22/07)
The main entrance to 20 M Street sports a rather festive scrolling information sign. (3/19/07)
20 M's lot, at right, before the beginning of construction, seen through a very dirty windshield. (11/04)
July 12, 2015 - The same spot. Click to see all available photos of this location.
In case you had any doubt about how close 20 M is to the Navy Yard Metro station. (02/07)
20 M has changed the South Capitol and M intersection landscape, even though it's a half-block away; St. Vincent de Paul's church now has a friend looming over its shoulder. (01/07) Click to see all available photos of this location.
