The field was completely resodded after the Winter Classic, with over 100,000 square feet of new sod grown in New Jersey and laid down in early March. (link)
There will be no shortage of 10th anniversary swag, including the Opening Day Commemorative Collectors Tin, the Five Great Moments in Nationals History Bobbleheads (including Livan Hernandez pitching the team's inaugural game), and the R2D2 koozie that will be given away on Star Wars Day on July 19. Construction is underway on the new team store on the left of the Center Field Plaza, nearly double the size of the current team store on N Street. It's expected to open in mid-May (the current store will stay open until then.) (link)
Not only will there be no shortage of 10th anniversary gear, but there will also be a new "college corner" where fans can purchase Curly W hats with team colors of eight nearby universities. (link)
New this year will be the Virginia Biscuit Company, opening in May in Section 113, with ham and chicken biscuits and Virginia wine and beer. (link)
Also new will be Throwin' Cheese, a new concession stand in Section 130 that will have three different types of grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese, and tomato bisque. (link)
A new New York-style pizza offering this year is Enzo's Pizza, with cheese, pepperoni, and specialty slices. It will be in sections 115, 210, 229, and 310. (link)
You're going to want beer with your food, I'm sure. There will be a special Sam Adams IPA crafted for the team's 10th anniversary. (link)
Or perhaps you like something of the mixed variety, so this year there is the Squeeze Play, with Ketel One Oranje, triple sec, lime juice, cranberry juice, and an orange garnish, which will be served at the new Captain's Cove bar at Section 132. Note the totally successful attempts to ply the ink-stained wretches with alcohol. (link)
The new Norfolk Southern Club includes this scoreboard that updates in real time and uses nine different trains to show the score, the baserunners, and the pitch count. (link)

This is I'm sure the only time this peon will get to see the new speakeasy-themed "Club 24," built to allow companies to "conduct business in an intimate, private setting" while watching baseball. Six lucky companies get to purchase a four-seat table for the season. (link)
At least you only have to go through the new metal detectors on your way in. If you don't want to walk through one, you can be wanded with a handheld detector. Season ticket holders will have dedicated entry lanes not only at the Center Field gate but also at the Right Field, Left Field, and Home Plate gates. (link)
