Probably best to keep your focus to your left/south as you complete the bridge's path to Teague Park. (This is what you see on the north side, which is part of the DC Water operations on the bridge's north side, with Nationals Park peeking out from behind.) (link)
Arriving at Teague Park. The concrete plant directly ahead is currently being demolished, and eventually the huge Riverfront on the Anacostia development will rise on that location, and the Riverwalk will continue to South Capitol Street and beyond. (link)
