On Friday the demolition began on the southeast corner of 11th and M of the last portion of what was the ramp from RFK to the outbound 11th Street Bridge. (See my 11th Street Bridges pages for the design of the new bridges and before-and-after photos.) (link)

At 12th and N, where traffic taking the M Street exit from the inbound bridge used to be able to veer left to head to the Navy Yard. The new exit ramp, which will take drivers all the way to M Street, is under construction next to the existing inbound ramp. (link)
