National Association of Broadcasters headquarters, a is 163-unit condo building designed by Gensler, seen here with NAB immediately to the north, looking up South Capitol Street toward M. The building will have a mix of studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom units, along with some multi-level townhouses at street level, and is expected to open in 2020.

It may not look like much, but Monument paid $4.5 million in August 2005 for the land on the southeast corner of South Capitol and M streets, home to a Domino's for a long time. (07/06)
The WMATA parking lot purchased by Monument for $22.6 million in August 2008 is nestled between the Public Storage building and what was the Domino's site (bottom right); it has mainly been used as Nationals' gameday parking since the Domino's closed. (5/6/08)
