The eastern half of Square 697, fronting Half Street between K and L, on the site of the old "Nation" nightclub, will be 1015 Half Street, with 410,000 sq ft of office space in a 10-story building with LEED silver certification. It will also include three levels of underground parking, and possible ground-floor retail, depending on demand. Originally proposed by Potomac Investment Properties, the site and the plans were bought in July 2007 by Opus East for $41.5 million; leasing is being handled by Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers.
