A 2019 rendering of Parcel G's planned development, the new headquarters for Chemonics International, Brookfield's first Class A office building at the Yards. It will be at the corner of New Jersey and N (current site of the Trapeze School), south of a newly reconstituted Quander Street. This rendering is a street-level view of the project, looking westward along N Street and with New Jersey Avenue at right. Rendering from a December 2018 filing with the Zoning Commission.

Looking at the northeast corner of what is now the intersection of Canal and N Streets, SE.
A street-level rendering of the stretch of N Street west of Canal, a little more in line with the above photo.
Jan. 25, 2012 - A photo from one of the Foundry Loft units in early 2012, with a good overhead view of the Chemonics site, N Street, and the New Jersey and Tingey intersection. The white mostly-windowless monolith is the old Building 213, home to many secretive government agencies during its 50 years.
Dec. 3, 2011 - A street-level view of the southeast corner of the old "spooky" Building 213, demolished in 2014.
June 28, 2014 - Capturing the demise of Spooky Building 213.
June 16, 2018 - From early 2016 through summer 2019, the Trapeze School New York operated here.
An overhead view of the proposed building, with recognizable landmarks depicted such as Nats Park and the DC Water headquarters, and directly across from a planned residential project on Parcel I. Rendering from a May 2019 filing with the Zoning Commission.
Looking toward the south-southeast from what will be the new intersection of New Jersey and Quander, depicting a planned Canal Street-that-isn't-really-a-street south of N toward the river.
Jan. 2, 2019 - A site plan of "Yards West," as well as a close-up of Parcel G. This shows the plan for the new 1 1/2 Street, a curbless shared street that will function as a "spine" running from M Street all the way down to Diamond Teague Park, as seen on the left side of the drawing. Also depicted is the new Quander Street, as well as the proposed Canal Street that would continue south from New Jersey's terminus at the planned Tingey Square. From a December 2018 filing with the Zoning Commission.
Dec. 3, 2011 - Standing at what will eventually be the intersection of 1 1/2 and N Streets, looking north-northeast at what was then the gloriously blank facade of Building 213.
November 4, 2019 - The same location, de-spookified and a mite different.  Click to see all available photos of this location.
June 28, 2014 - Midway down the block of New Jersey between M and N Streets, during the demolition of Building 213 in 2014.
Dec. 10, 2016 - .... And a more recent view. I cannot state with 1000% accuracy that this is the location where Quander Street will start at New Jersey Avenue, but it's pretty close.
One more rendering, showing how the building will look from the northwest, from the eventual intersection of 1 1/2 and Quander Streets.
