About 18 months after the start of excavation, exterior work is pretty much finished on the project's first phase at 1st and I, SE. When both phases are completed in 2021, there will be about 800 units of residential.

August 2006 -
The northwestern corner of 1st and K streets, in August 2006; this garage was in operation under different names for many years. It closed in winter 2008 and was demolished in September of that year.

August 2007 - The trailer that was the office of A&A Towing, on Half Street between I and K, days after the company left this location for 1620 2nd Street, SW. A few days after this photo was taken, the trailer was gone.
