May 2019 - A rendering submitted to the Zoning Commission of Forest City/Brookfield's next planned residential project on N Street SE, seen here looking southeastward across a to-be-built "1 1/2 Street." The building would have 348 units, and a spiffy "bridge element" at the 8th floor.

March 22, 2007 - The previous tenant at this location was a GSA warehouse, demolished in the fall of 2007. This is the "intersection" of 1 1/2 and N Streets, SE, though 1 1/2 does not yet exist.
November 4, 2019 - The same location, with changes all around, waiting for development to arrive. 
Oct. 19, 2018 - An overhead view of the Parcel I project, showing its proximity to DC Water's historic main pumping station, as well as the to-be-constructed Tingey Square.
May 2019 - Another look at the Parcel I building, as seen from the northeast, by the new Tingey Square. Running along the building's east side would be a reconstituted Canal Street, albeit with only a sidewalk available for non-DC Water folks.
Oct. 19, 2018 - A site plan of "Yards West," as well as a close-up of Parcel I. This shows the plan for the new 1 1/2 Street, a curbless shared street that will function as a "spine" running from M Street all the way down to Diamond Teague Park, as seen on the left side of the drawing.
