 Page Through from Before to After

I've written a whole bunch of times in the past few years about how Trapeze School New York's DC location would be moving from its current home on 4th between Tingey and Water to the southeast corner of the old NGA site, aka Spooky Park. But given the number of folks I've heard from in the past few days asking about the construction underway at New Jersey and Tingey, I figured I'd better do an illustrated version.
(Though, to be fair, it did not occur to me--because I never, you know, asked--that there would be a far more substantial structure than the tent that the school has been operating out of since early 2010.)
And, if you are having trouble picturing the location, perhaps a comparison with the previous view might help:

This is going to be a pretty cool lot once the park and trapeze school are in place. Do you think the more substantial structure means anything regarding the longer-term plans for the site? I know the trapeze school's business model (at least in DC) seems to be temporarily locating its facilities, but I think it'd be nice if they became a full-time tenant here (of course, five years in the prior location is a pretty good run!).

Eventually the entire block is slated to be developed, and I don't think the more substantial structure really means anything in terms of that changing (other than that that site isn't about to immediately be built on).

I know nothing about building tent structures, but the current tent structure looks to be pretty substantial. Are you sure that this isn't the same structure that's underneath the tent now? It seems to have gone up overnight!

There are corrugated panels going over the steel structure today. They are color-blocked in white/grey...not sure if it will be the final product but could look cool when completed. Definitely much more substantial and modern looking.
