The roof, looking north (note Twelve12 to the left). It could be possible to build up a couple additional stories on this flat portion, similar to what happened at the Foundry Lofts. The slanted atrium roof can't be knocked out, though it could be skylighted. See this early drawing of this sort of notion for the roof.
