Just a quick note that both the zoning review
and special exception applications for the office/residential/grocery project planned at 401 M Street
at The Yards
and the Public Space Committee's consideration of an application for Five Guys to operate a sidewalk cafe appear to have been approved. (I didn't get to see either meeting, so I know nothing more than that.) See the entry below
