When they're captured -- and while in the pokey, the poor owner of Ann's Beauty Supply & Wig shop (who got beat up by these cowardly thugs) should send them a couple of wigs.
So when these new prisoners are not making license plates, they can put on their wigs... and proceed to 'hook up' with their fellow cellmates.

I was on my way to the convention center when this started. As I descended into the station, cops were searching and they interrogated a couple of guys on the platform. I got on a Greenbelt train, which was then held at Waterfront for what seemed like 20-30 minutes as officers walked around the platform with guns searching. They didn't board our train to search, but they did attempt to look through windows before finally letting us go. It was interesting, and I had been trying to figure out what happened - I knew I'd eventually find out!
