August 4, 2016 - The same location, under construction. 100 M is the building in the forefront; Onyx on First is at rear. 
In 2012, it was officially announced (after months of rumors) that brewery and restaurant Gordon Biersch was coming to the corner ground-floor retail space at 100 M. It is opening on April 1, 2013. See more interior photos in this gallery. (3/28/13)

The On Luck Cafeteria held out at 1st and M for a long time.... (05/04)
But the owner accepted a purchase offer of $4.5 million in February 2006, and in September of that year On Luck (and the Zohery Bus Tours garage beside it) was demolished. Now 100 M has taken over the landscape. (5/10/09)
